Abstract
A method for simultaneous determination of 17 kinds of phthalates (PAEs) in edible oil by GPC-GC/MS was developed and the uncertainty of the method was evaluated. Samples were diluted by cyclohexane-ethyl acetate and then cleaned up by gel column. The phthalates were determined by GC-MS in SIM mode. The results showed that the detection limit for each component except DINP was under the 0.1 μg/mL, all of RSD were under the 3%, the linear ranges of 17 phthalates were in the range of 1~8 mg/L; except phthalates diphenyl, DNOP, DNP, the recoveries of tested phthalates were good, the expanding uncertainty were range from 1.58% to 4.60%. So the method developed was suitable for determination of PAEs in oil.
