Abstract
1. 1. Five fractions containing cytochrome P-450 were purified from uninduced mouse liver by chromatography on phenyl sepharose, DEAE-cellulose and hydroxylapatite. 2. 2. The cytochrome P-450 monooxygenase system was reconstituted by combining purified NADPH cytochrome P-450 reductase, cytochrome P-450 and phospholipid. 3. 3. Substrates investigated were benzphetamine, ethoxyresorufin, benzo(a)pyrene, ethoxycoumarin and biphenyl. © 1983.
