Abstract
The main products of the oxidation of tetrafluoroethylene induced by heat, ultraviolet light, and ionizing radiation are carbonyl fluoride, tetrafluoroethylene oxide, hexaftuorocyclopropane, and a liquid polymeric peroxide. The reactions were carried out by a static method in the gas phase.
