Abstract
Tn order to reduce the toxic and side effects of ginkgolic acid in Ginkgo Biloba extract, the ginkgolic acid was removed by ultrasonic assisted solvent extraction, The optimum technologi cal conditions were determined by single factor and response surface method, namely using ii hexane as solvent, the ultrasonic power was 320 W, the ratio of solid to liquid was 1 19, the ul trasonic extraction time was 14 mm, the interval time was 0.5 s every 6 s, and the ultrasonic fre quency was 2 times,The results of response surface methodology (RSM) show that the removal rate of ginkgolic acid by ultrasound was 3.463 mg g.According to variance analysis of regression model, the order of influencing factors was ultrasonic time, solid liquid ratio and ultrasonic pow er, respectively.Ultrasonic assisted solvent extraction of ginkgolic acid in Ginkgo biloba extract is stable and feasible, which can be used as a control method of ginkgolic acid in Ginkgo biloba cx tract to reduce the toxic side effects of Ginkgo biloba extract. © 2021 Xi'an Polytechnic University.
