Some pesticides instigate an often important embryonary mortality and reduced rate of hatching in the bird embryo of various species. Besides, they have a teratogenic action causing malformations often incompatible with the survival of reproductive power. There is a difference of the birds, sensibility on a same product, difference which is even traduced on the level of the strain of a species.
