Abstract
The polyether-amide permanent antistatic agent was prepared by melt extrusion process by adding different kinds of alkali metal sodium salts and lithium salts with self-made long carbon chain polyether-amide elastomer (TPAE) as matrix. The influence of different contents of lithium perchlorate (LiClO4) on the performance of TPAE was mainly studied. The surface resistivity, quenching section structure and chemical structure of the antistatic agent were characterized by high resistance meter, scanning electron microscope and infrared spectroscopy. The tensile properties and washing resistance of the antistatic agent were also studied.The results show that when the mass fraction of LiClO4 is 6%, it is evenly distributed in TPAE, and the antistatic effect is better. The surface resistivity can reach 2Ã107 Ω/sq, the elongation at break is above 600%, the antistatic property is not lost due to rinsing, and the antistatic effect is long-lasting.
