Abstract
Three new spiro-indans were isolated from hashish (Cannabis sativa). Their chemical structures were established by spectroscopic means, and by chemical correlation with cannabispiran and iso-cannabispiran. They were found to be 7-hydroxy-5-methoxyindan-1-spiro-cyclohexane, its isomer 5-hydroxy-7-methoxyindan-1-spirocyclo-hexane and 5,7-dihydroxyindan-1-spiro-cyclohexane. © 1986.
