Abstract
The structure of cyclohexane derivatives has been investigated by means of atom models. The non‐carbon‐carbon valency directions are indicated by the figures 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 1′, 2′, 3′, 4′, 5′, 6′. The various isomers to be derived are characterized by the valency directions of the substituted hydrogen atoms. In general, every isomer can appear in 8 transition forms, viz. 2 immovable forms and 6 easily interchangeable forms. Copyright 1949 WILEY‐VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA, Weinheim
