Abstract

The 2003 Commercial Buildings Energy Consumption Survey (CBECS) was administered as a computer-assisted personal interview (CAPI) that was programmed using Blaise software. The interview involved many complex skip patterns, driven by different variables such as the type of structure and the building activity.
