Following the accomplishment of Thrust Benchmarking System (TBS) as a low-cost and easy-to-manufacture instrument for UAV electric propulsion performance measurement, further development is made by adding some new features which includes mechanical structure strengthening, PCB and firmware updates, air properties sensors implementation, and providing support for dynamic thrust measurement by using an integrated wind tunnel while maintaining economic and manufacture aspect. Measurement of dynamic thrust for characteristic data acquisition has been performed with test section free stream velocity around 24 m/s on APC electric propellers with diameter less than 12 in. In this paper, further development of TBS is proposed along with its potential thrust measurement performance using computational method for APC Electric 11x7" propeller.
