Abstract

No signs suggesting greater hepatotoxicity of n-propanol or isobutanol as compared with ethanol were observed in rats given ordinary laboratory food ad libitum and 1 M solutions of n-propanol, isobutanol or ethanol as sole drinking fluid for several months.
