Asexual planaria, Dugesia dorocephala, were exposed to C-14-PCB-(18) (2,2',5-trichloro-biphenyl) for 140 hours. Several biotransformation products were detected by thin layer chromatography and autoradiography, but structures were not resolved. Animals accumulated 90% of the dose, mostly in the lower intestinal tract.
