Abstract
In this paper, the test and diagnosis problems of certain phase array antenna exciter PCB are discussed. This antenna is a basilic part of certain guide radar. Exciters are most important for it. Because if is a linear array antenna, has only less than one hundred units, the fault of any exciter will affect beam-pointing accuracy and the fight properties of weapon equipment.
This paper uses the theories of automatic test and fault diagnoses, based on single hard fault model, fakes advantage of existent signal channels to the full, solves the difficulties of the diagnosis of mired circuit and loop circuits of this exciter. The schemes of test and diagnoses are presented, the method of time domain extend that is directed against this exciter is put forward. A diagnosis instrument is designed to quickly test and diagnosis the exciter PCB.
